We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 14 day inspection period guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return your items in saleable condition within 14 days of receipt and we will refund or replace as requested.* If we can help you with anything regarding your purchase please contact us asap.
*Unless you order goods made to your own specification; perishable goods or goods that by their nature cannot be returned; video, DVD, audio or software products and the item has been unsealed; single patterns, booklets or magazines. Should you cancel the contract we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by email, fax or letter. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must be returned in saleable condition at your expense and we would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service.
Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
NB All items have 40% off once you reach the checkout. This will be deducted before shipping. The discount applies to already reduced items. For special orders not on the website contact us for possible discounts.
We accept secure online payment using Paypal. You may also pay by personal cheque or postal order, please contact us if you wish to do so.
We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
When you receive a confirmation of order, this indicates that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
At present we are selling the stock we have in our supply. If we are short of a product we will inform you and try to arrange an alternative. We are not selling current ranges or placing further orders with our suppliers - however, if there is something you think we can help you to find, we will do our best to assist.

Our orders are processed using the Paypal secure website. Fankle is not made party to these transactions and your credit card details are not made available to us. See www.paypal.com for further details of their security arrangements.
Fankle Wools and Needlecrafts does not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

For all UK purchases we apply shipping and handling by value of goods.
- up to £20, pay £3.50
- up to £50, pay £5.00
- over £50, free shipping and handling
We apologise but we cannot ship overseas at present unless you apply to us personally to make arrangements.
We aim to deliver your order to you right away. Please allow for the usual Royal Mail delivery schedules to apply. First class is usually received next business day.
If we experience any delays you will be informed as quickly as possible.
